Materials: cotton fabric, thread, batting, food grade plastic

The pictures are: a microscope, bacteria colony isolation, an amoeba, a bacteriophage, various bacteria, and selected viruses.

This book will teach and entertain with its bright, contrasting patterns and engaging crinkle sound. The cotton fabric book measures approximately 11.5" X 5.5" (29.2 cm X 14.0 cm) when open. There are 6 printed pages not including the cover. "By Verdant Violet" is printed on the back in small type.

I drew the images digitally and had the fabric professionally printed using a method that wastes very little fabric, ink, water or electricity, using eco-friendly, water-based inks and no additional chemicals. The fabric has been pre-washed with a mild detergent.

In addition to batting for thickness, a clean, safe, post-consumer food-grade plastic is sewn inside every page to create the wonderful crinkly sound that babies and even some adults love!

Your book will have the same design as the book pictured, with slight variation due to the handmade nature. The book is made by hand in a smoke-free environment. Babies should always be supervised in play. Spot clean with a damp cloth, and air dry.
